Our open-book policy facilitates fair compensation for all partners and employees. We believe this policy also nurtures motivation and provides an incentive to each to invest their talents efficiently in order to achieve personal satisfaction while contributing to our company’s and clients’ success. We hire only people we believe to have ownership potential. Currently, ownership is around 50% and available to all over time.
We pursue projects in a wide range of markets, including municipal, education, senior living, commercial, hospitality, religious, corporate, and industrial to minimize the impact of a downturn in any particular market. We are determined to avoid having any particular market exceed 50% of our total annual revenue and believe this diligence will help ensure our existence well into the future.
