We hire only people we believe have ownership potential.
We pursue projects in a wide range of markets, including education, senior living, commercial, hospitality, religious, corporate and industrial, to avoid getting hurt by a down turn in any particular market. We will work to avoid any market exceeding 50% of our annual revenue. This will insure our existence well into the future.
