OVERVIEW

Harvest Homes is built on a beautiful, quiet lot at the edge of the Village of Howards Grove. The project consisted of two 8-unit CBRFs. Because the buildings are limited to eight units, they feel more like a personal residence than an assisted living facility. Both buildings are equipped with the same amenities, including a living room with fireplace, dining room, residential kitchen, salon, spa with whirlpool tub, laundry, and activity room.

These two buildings are the first phase of a larger master plan. The master plan includes four 8-unit CBRFs, one adult day care facility, and one memory care facility.
