OVERVIEW

Oostburg Financial Services is the investment arm of Oostburg State Bank. Because of the success and growth of both the bank and this service, OSB decided that Oostburg Financial Services should have its own space. This not only freed up space for the bank in its current building, but gave an identity and more space for the financial services.

Oostburg Financial Services became the second tenant within a downtown professional building, just a few doors down from the bank. This relocation required Abacus to design a smaller, more intimate environment better-suiting the needs of the OFS clients. Their space now includes a lobby with reception desk and waiting room, three offices, a conference room and a large break/work room. The overall feel of the environment is warm and inviting, just what the client wanted.
