OVERVIEW

Taylor Drive Clinic is an out-patient Vascular Medicine OBL (Office-Based Labs)/ASC (Ambulatory Surgery Center) build-out located on the second floor of an existing office building. A spacious reception area greets patients on arrival. Clinical space includes exam spaces for both Wound Care and Vascular Medicine, along with an Ultra-Sound room.

The surgical suite contains two Operating Rooms, one with a fixed, floor-mounted C-Arm to diagnose and treat circulatory issues. The second OR is intended for both wound care and vascular medicine, with the use of a mobile C-Arm. Project complexities included replacement of an existing elevator to accommodate the use of a stretcher and removal of a second-floor precast fire vault.
