OVERVIEW

Pine Haven Christian Communities is a long-term-care community with three campuses. Through our thorough master planning process with them, it was determined that a new facility at their Haven Drive Campus was a priority. This facility connects to the existing Prairie Crossing, an RCAC building, on the site.

Utilizing the household model of care, the new facility is home to 36 Skilled-Nursing residents, 24 Memory-Care residents, 14 Therapy residents, 8 CBRF residents and 8 Acute Memory-Care residents.

Each neighborhood has a unique architectural style and color palette. They are each equipped with their own living, dining, kitchen and laundry spaces. The “common” space of the building was designed to feel like an outdoor space, complete with a café, store, central village square and courtyard. Each household has their own front porch, so it really feels as though you are entering an individual house within a village.

Amenities: Village Square (includes store and café), state-of-the-art Therapy Training facility, each Household has their own private exterior courtyard.
