Kurt Davis Becomes NCARB Certified
Kurt Davis, Senior Vice President at Abacus Architects, Inc. received NCARB Certification–National Council of Architectural Registration Boards Certification–in November 2010.
Obtaining NCARB credentials requires earning the NCARB Certificate and meeting the highest professional standards established by the registration boards responsible for protecting the health, safety and welfare of the public.
Possession of an NCARB Certificate will make acquiring reciprocal registration in other state jurisdictions more viable for Abacus Architects, Inc. Nearly 50 percent of registration boards accept the NCARB Certificate as the primary method for reciprocal registration. Kurt is currently licensed in the States of Wisconsin and Iowa.
Kurt holds a BSAS in Architecture from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, and Master degrees in both Architecture and Urban Planning from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
Kurt has been a principal at Abacus Architects, Inc. since helping form the company in 2003.
