On our minds.

Architecture is always evolving, and we’d like to share some of our latest thinking with you.

A Special Space at the Salchert Residence

Monday, May 1st 2017 was a memorable day for the Salchert Family and our project team as we celebrated together the ground breaking of a special space in their Sheboygan home that will provide comfort for their young foster children in hospice care.

Their humble and servant hearts are truly an inspiration to our project team.

“Our intent in sharing our story is that compassion will become action on the part of others to care for foster kids everywhere. And most importantly, God will be glorified. We wouldn’t know anything about love without Him.” – Cori Salchert

RELATIONAL ARCHITECTURE

Designing buildings that connect with people and places.

Creating places that inspire, enrich, or simply work well is vitally important to us. In fact, every project we pursue is based on our ability to advance our clients’ lives. At Abacus Architects, we design to build relationships. It’s only fundamental. Architecture should serve the people who inhabit the places we create, not the other way around. It’s architecture for all of us, building together to reach a common goal.
